Hey SCR Agents,

Great news Southern Classic Realtors is now able to provide our agents with their commission checks even faster by sending electronic checks through Deluxe Payment Exchange.

Deluxe E-Checks offers all benefits of paper checks with the addition of multiple capabilities to maximize ease of use and security. Access funds more quickly and securely than ever. E-Checks can be accessed, printed, and/or deposited at your convenience.

Every E-Check can be delivered by email. Email delivery is super-fast, trackable, and can’t be stolen from a mailbox. E-Check can also be printed on any printer. No special ink or paper is necessary, and printing instructions are included on the check image. You endorse it, deposit it, and keep records of it like normal. Every financial institution can process E-Checks.

We still strongly encourage all of our agents to get a Disbursement Authorization (DA) signed so you can get paid at the closing. We understand that sometimes things happen and you may not get a DA signed. So rather than wait on the slow mail we are now able to send our agents their commission checks electronically to their email address we have on file. Since the check will go to your email address it is important that all agents log in to Total Brokerage and verify the email address you have on file is accurate. Please notify one of the SCR staff members if you would like to update your email on file. The check will come from the email address “SOUTHERN CLASSIC REALTORS <app@echecks.com>”  and the subject line will say the following: Here’s your check from Southern Classic Realtors. The electronic check works the same as the old mailed check. All you have to do is follow the instructions below.

Steps to accessing your commission checks:

  • Open email
  • Click the blue box that says “Get Check”
  • A website will open and you will select to continue as a guest.
  • Print your check on regular printer paper and sign the back of the check
  • Deposit in your bank account
